Our machine washable men's cricket jumpers (and slipovers) are knitted in pure cotton with a classic vee neck, ribbed cuffs, ribbed hem and featuring a traditional cable design. 

A contrast trim is added to the vee, cuffs and welt.  Every jumper is fully fashioned, knitted to shape on the knitting machine, and each stitch is linked by hand for the smoothest join possible. 

The enduring cotton cable knit was more or less unheard of before our founder, William Paine, evolved it into a cricket sweater in the early twenties following the cultural surge in popularity towards classic British sports. Since 1907, we have been designing premium outerwear and knitwear that is expertly crafted to enjoy for years to come.

To make our fitting as easy as possible, we've made all of our cricket jumpers with a regular fit. This is an up to date 'modern' fit which is slightly tapered across the waist and chest, whilst still retaining room for freedom of movement.
